First, cancel your recurring payment. We offer refunds if you contact us through the Member Helpdesk within three days of a new subscription period. We do not offer refunds on completed subscriptions. If you contact us through any other way than the Help Desk, we cannot guarantee that we’ll see the request and act on it immediately.
PLEASE don’t open a dispute with Paypal without contacting us about a refund! Paypal takes about two weeks to go through a dispute resolution, even more if it’s with a bank reversal. If you want a refund, we want to give it to you immediately! We aren’t going to hassle you about canceling.
